Ingredients
3 cup fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
0.5 cup fresh shiitake mushrooms , thinly sliced, about 2 ounces
8 oz Tofu, super firm, cubed
0.5 cup bamboo shoots , drained
0.5 tbsp fish sauce
1 Eggs, large, raw , lightly beaten
0.25 cup fresh chopped green onion , minced
0.5 tsp sesame oil , dark
0.25 tsp hot chili oil , to 1/2 tsp
0.25 tsp black pepper , to 1/2 tsp
0.25 tsp sugar


Directions
1 Pour broth in a pot, place lid on pot, and let boil. Mix in mushrooms, tofu, and bamboo. Let boil again and cook 5 minutes.
2 Take pot off of heat and mix in the fish sauce, egg, green onions, sesame oil, chili oil, pepper, and sugar.
Additional Information
If you don't like tofu, substitute chicken, beef, pork, or shrimp.
