Lemon Vinaigrette
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.25 tsp ground tarragon
0.25 tsp sugar
0.25 tsp salt
1 pinch chopped parsley , optional garnish

Mushrooms
8 oz Mushrooms, fresh, medium , sliced


Directions
1 In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the lemon vinaigrette. In a larger bowl, toss mushroom slices with vinaigrette. Garnish with parsley. Chill

Try using a variety of mushrooms to give a different earthy flavor.
