Ingredients
1 fresh plum tomatoes , blanched, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1.5 oz reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese , shredded
0.5 whole pickled jalapeno peppers , drained, seeded and minced
4 Tortilla, flour


Directions
1 Heat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with foil.
2 Combine tomato, cheese, and jalapeno pepper in a small bowl.
3 Spread the mixture evenly among the tortillas. Roll the tortillas and secure with toothpicks.
4 Place the tortillas on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
