1 Preheat Oven to 375 degrees and coat an 8 inch square baking dish with cooking spray. 2 Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, powdered milk and sweetener in a medium bowl. 3 In a separate bowl mix together water, egg substitute and oil. 4 Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix. 5 Finally, add the cheese and green chiles, mixing in evenly. 6 Transfer the batter to the greased pan and bake for 30 minutes. 7 Cut into 1 x 1 inch squares and serve while the bread is still warm.
