Ingredients
19 oz Beans, garbanzo, canned , drained and rinsed
1 medium celery stalk , chopped
0.5 medium onions , chopped
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp dried dill weed
1 pinch salt and pepper


Directions
1 Drain and rinse chickpeas.
2 Place chickpeas into a medium size mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
3 Add celery, onion, mayonnaise (to taste), lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well and serve.
Additional Information
Serve on whole wheat rolls or pita bread, with lettuce and tomato. PLEASE NOTE: This recipe contains canned beans. The nutrition facts given will be slightly inaccurate, because the analysis includes the salted water in which the beans are canned. When you drain and rinse these beans, you reduce the sodium content by about 40 percent.
