Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp fresh tarragon (6 sprigs)
3 medium shallots , minced
0.25 cup white wine (dry)
1 lb fresh mushrooms , sliced


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Cut aluminum foil into 6 pieces large enough to seal chicken breasts
3 In a separate bowl combine the shallots, wine, and mushrooms. Spoon an even amount of this mixture on each piece of chicken along with a sprig of tarragon.
4 Fold aluminum foil to seal chicken and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
5 Place each packet on a plate and serve in the foil.
