1 Toast the bread until lightly browned. 2 Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Spray the skillet with cooking spray, add the chicken, and cook for 4 minutes, then turn over and cook the other side for another 4 minutes. 3 Take the chicken off of the skillet, spread with cheese, add the onions, and cover so that the cheese will melt. 4 Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and oregano in a bowl and smear on the bread. 5 Place the greens on the bread and place 1 piece of chicken on top of each.
