12 oz cooked chicken breast, diced
0.5 cup red wine vinaigrette
1 cup dried cranberries (or cherries)
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1 Lettuce, butterhead, head, fresh, 5" , chopped (or other lettuce variety)


Directions
1 Toss chicken, cranberries, and almonds with dressing.
2 Serve on a mound of chopped lettuce.
