Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with the cooking spray.
2 Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and cream of chicken soup.
3 Place the broccoli and chicken in the dish. Spoon the mayonnaise mixture on top.
4 Sprinkle the cheese and bread crumbs on top. Gently spray with the cooking spray.
5 Bake for 1 hour.
Additional Information
Try to use a reduced-fat and reduced-sodium cream of chicken soup.
