Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts , 4 ounces each
1 tsp paprika
0.25 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh basil , chopped
2 tbsp fresh thyme , chopped
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
0.25 tsp salt
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Sprinkle chicken evenly with paprika and pepper. In a small bowl combine basil, thyme, lemon juice, lime juice, and salt, stir well.
2 Coat grill rack with cooking spray, place on grill over medium hot coals (350 to 400 degrees). Place chicken on rack and brush with half of herb mixture.
3 Grill, covered, for 5 minutes. Turn chicken and brush with remaining herb mixture.
4 Cover and grill 5 additional minutes or until chicken is done.
Additional Information
Pair this chicken with some wild or pilaf rice and some peas and you have yourself a great easy meal.
