Directions
1 Place chicken in a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle chicken with garlic and thyme. Add orange juice and vinegar.
2 Cover and cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high heat setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
3 Remove chicken to a serving platter, reserving cooking liquid. Cover chicken with foil to keep warm.
4 To prepare sauce, skim fat from cooking liquid.
5 Strain liquid into a small saucepan. Bring to boiling, reduce heat.
6 Boil gently uncovered for 10 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup.
7 Spoon some sauce over chicken, serve remaining sauce on the side.

This sauce makes chicken very moist and juicy.
