Ingredients

Directions
1 Saute chicken in the oil in a large pan over medium heat until golden brown.
2 Take out the chicken and pour out the excess oil.
3 Add sugar and half of the wine to the pot to dissolve the sugar, and then add the rest of the wine.
4 Let the wine simmer until it is reduced to half. In a small bowl, mix the chicken broth or stock and cornstarch and then whisk into the wine and let simmer for about 2 minutes.
5 Put the chicken and the grapes in the sauce and let simmer for another two minutes, or until the chicken juices are clear.
Additional Information
The sauce has great flavor.
