1 boneless skinless chicken breasts
0.75 cup fresh chopped green onion
16 oz canned unsalted diced tomatoes
0.5 tsp salt , to taste (optional)
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0.5 tsp chili powder
0.25 tsp hot red pepper flakes
1.5 lb raw medium shrimp , cleaned, peeled, and deveined
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 chopped green bell peppers


Directions
1 Wash and dry chicken breast. Cut into 1/2" cubes.
2 In a large skillet, heat oil over medium. Add chicken. Cook 3-5 minutes.
3 Add green pepper and onion. Cook until tender.
4 Stir in tomatoes, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and red pepper flakes.
5 Bring to boil, reduce heat, and then simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered until mixture thickens.
6 Add shrimp and return to boil.
7 Reduce heat. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, until the shrimp turns pink. Serve.
