Ingredients
1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
0.33 cup fat free mayonnaise (Kraft preferred)
0.5 cup Salsa, thick & chunky (mild, medium, or hot)
0.25 tsp minced garlic , dried
1 tsp dried parsley
1.5 cup Pasta, spiral, enriched, cooked , cold, rinsed and drained
0.5 cup frozen sweet corn kernels , thawed


Directions
1 Combine the chicken, mayonnaise, salsa, garlic, and parsley flakes in a medium bowl.
2 Mix in the pasta and corn.
3 Cover, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, stir once more, and serve.
Additional Information
1 cup uncooked spiral pasta, also called rotini, usually cooks to about 1 1/2 cups.
