Directions
1 In a medium saucepan, combine the onion, tomato sauce, mustard, vinegar, maple syrup and Worcestershire sauce. Heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
2 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
3 Place the breasts in the grill and spoon 1 tablespoon of the sauce over each piece.
4 Grill for 2 minutes, add a spoonful of sauce and grill for 4 to 5 minutes more.
5 Pass the remaining sauce with the chicken.
Additional Information
Glaze adds a nice sweetness to this dish.
