1 In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, salt, chicken, grapes, and pecans. Gently add in the mandarin oranges.
2 In each pita pocket half, place 1 lettuce leaf and top with 3/4 cup of chicken and fruit salad.

Buying pre-packaged cooked chicken will really make this recipe a breeze, however, it will raise the sodium.
