Directions
1 Cook the noodles in accordance with the directions on the package.
2 While the noodles are cooking, heat a skillet over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Add in the chicken and cook for 1 minute.
3 Flip the chicken over and put the bell pepper, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and oregano on top.
4 Bring to a boil then decrease the heat. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
5 Take off of the heat and set the chicken on top of the noodles.
6 Add the ketchup and oil to the sauce then drizzle over the chicken and noodles.
Additional Information
Try with 3/4 cup zucchini slices on the side.
