Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray cookie sheets with non-fat cooking spray and set aside.
2 In a medium-sized bowl, mix fat substitute and sugar together until well blended . Slowly stir in flour. (Dough will be very stiff.) Stir in chopped dates.
3 Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Flatten dough by hand to 1/4-inch to 1/3-inch thick.
4 Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes.

These cookies taste great with raisins too.
