Directions
1 Spray nonstick cooking spray into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and set aside.
2 In a large pot, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Stir in the marshmallow cream, cocoa, and vanilla until smooth.
3 Remove pot from heat and stir in the cereal and coat well.
4 Spread mixture into the baking pan. Lightly spray your hands with nonstick cooking spray and press mixture evenly into pan.
5 Let cool completely, about 10 minutes, and cut evenly into 24 squares.
