Ingredients
0.25 cup white wine vinegar
0.75 cup olive oil
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.25 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp capers , drained
1 Cheese, roquefort, 3oz package , crumbled


Directions
1 Mix together all the ingredients, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Additional Information
You can use lemon juice instead of white wine vinegar, and Gorgonzola cheese instead of Roquefort.
