Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Coat the a 13 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray. Firmly press breadcrumbs onto bottom and sides of pan.
3 Mix cottage cheese and eggs in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until fully combined. Spoon mixture into pan and bake in oven 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, cool 10 minutes, and slice into 12 even squares.
Additional Information
Substitute Swiss, mozzarella, provolone, or any type of cheese. Try using feta for a Greek inspired dish.
