Ingredients
1 cooking spray
1 cup Corn, white, sweet, kernels, frozen (or fresh)
1 egg whites
0.25 cup Buttermilk, cultured, reduced fat (1 percent)
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp chopped red bell peppers , minced
0.12 tsp dry mustard
0.12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
0.5 oz reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese (1 tbsp)
0.12 tsp salt
1 pinch black pepper (to taste)


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 6 ounce ramekins with the cooking spray.
2 Put 1/2 cup of the corn, egg, and buttermilk in a blender and blend until it becomes a smooth consistency.
3 Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix in the rest of the corn, onion, bell pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, salt, and pepper.
4 Separate the mixture into the ramekins. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Additional Information
Try with egg substitute instead of the egg.
