Servings
Ingredients
8 oz fresh baby spinach (in microwavable bag)
0.5 cup Artichokes, hearts, marinated, canned , rinsed, drained, and chopped
10 oz Pizza Crust, thin, ready to heat
0.5 cup part skim shredded mozzarella
0.5 cup Cheese, feta, crumbled

Directions
1 Preheat broiler.
2 Cook the spinach in the microwave according to directions on package. Chop spinach coarsely and place in a medium bowl. Stir in the artichokes.
3 Place pizza crust onto a baking sheet and broil 4-5 inches from heat source until golden, about 30-60 seconds per side.
4 Carefully remove the pan and leave the broiler on. Evenly spread the spinach mixture over the crust, leaving 1 inch on the edge. Top evenly with both cheeses. Broil until the mozzarella completely melts and the feta is partially melted, about 50-70 seconds. Cut into 6 even wedges.
Additional Information
Spinach can also be cooked stove top over medium high heat in a large nonstick pan with 1 tablespoon of water. Stir until wilted, about 2 minutes.
