Ingredients
1 cooking spray
16 oz low fat cream cheese , softened
0.75 cup sugar
1 raw egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
16 oz Rolls Dough, crescent, refrigerated , 2 cans, divided
1 egg whites , beaten
2 tsp sugar
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray.
3 Stir together cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; make sure mixture is fully combined.
4 Open one can of dough and lay on the bottom of greased pan. Spoon cream cheese mix onto dough, making sure all dough is covered.
5 Open the other can of dough and lay on top of cream cheese. Coat the surface of the dough with the egg white.
6 Dust a mixture of sugar and cinnamon over surface and move to oven. Bake until dough is puffed, about 25 minutes.
7 Cool, then move to refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Slice into 36 equal pieces.
Additional Information
Before spreading cream cheese on bottom layer, chill the dough to help the cream cheese spread.
