Directions
1 Mix together 3/4 cup flour, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Pour in water, blending until there are no lumps. Mix in Parmesan cheese and enough of the rest of the flour to make a soft dough.
2 Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth and stretchy, about 3 to 5 minutes, kneading in cheddar cheese. Wrap dough and let rest 15 minutes before using.
3 When ready, roll out into a circle and top with your favorite pizza toppings and bake.
