Directions
1 Combine wine and garlic in a pot and bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium and simmer until mixture is reduced to 3/4 cup.
2 Remove and dispose of garlic.
3 Stir cream cheese into mixture and cook over low heat until melted.
4 Combine Swiss cheese with flour and stir into mixture, stirring continually until melted. Sprinkle with salt and peppers.
5 Serve fondue in a hot pot with bread cubes for dipping.
Additional Information
Use any fat-free cheese with this; Gruyere works especially well. Also works great with cut up vegetables for dipping.
