7.5 oz Biscuit Dough, buttermilk, refrigerated, 1869 Brand (Pillsbury preferred)
2 oz Cheese, cheddar, sharp , 2 slices each slice cut into 5 strips (Kraft Free singles preferred)
0.25 cup Cheese, parmesan, fresh, shredded , chopped into tiny pieces
1 pinch garlic salt (optional)


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2 Spray a cookie sheet with nonfat cooking spray.
3 Roll biscuit into a 3 1/2 inch to 4 inch length by 1 inch width.
4 Lay one cheese strip down the center of biscuit. Wrap biscuit around cheese slice. Pinch dough at seam to seal seam closed. Press top of bread stick into Parmesan cheese.
5 Place bread sticks on prepared cookie sheet, Parmesan cheese side up. If desired, sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.
6 Bake for 7 minutes or until tops are light golden brown.
