Servings
Ingredients
1.25 cup cold water
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp unsalted butter
0.25 cup Milk, nonfat/skim, dry
1 package baker's yeast (or 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast)
2.5 cup Flour, all purpose, unbleached, enriched (or bread flower)
1 cup cornmeal (yellow)
1.5 tsp salt (sea salt preferred)
0.67 cup Cheese, cheddar, low sodium, shredded

Directions
1 Using the light crust setting on your breadmaker, add all the ingredients into your machine in the order suggested by the manual, except for the cheese.
2 Bake on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Add the cheese at the beeper, or after the first kneading, whichever comes first.
Additional Information
If you are cooking for someone who is lactose intolerant, equal amounts of water or soy milk can be substituted for any milk called for in bread recipes.
