1 tsp cornstarch
0.5 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
8 oz cream cheese , cubed
12 oz Crab, dungeoness, raw , drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
2 tbsp half & half
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 pinch paprika (or seafood seasoning, optional)


Directions
1 In microwave safe bowl, whisk cornstarch and wine or broth until smooth. Add cream cheese. Cover.
2 Microwave on high 45 seconds. Stir. Microwave 45 to 75 seconds longer or until smooth and slightly thickened.
3 Add crab, cream, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
4 Cover. Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir. Add cheddar cheese. Microwave for 45 to 60 seconds longer.
5 Stir until the cheese is melted.
6 Sprinkle with paprika or seafood seasoning, if desired.
Additional Information
Serve with vegetables or low-carb, whole-grain chips or veggie dippers.
