Ingredients

2 tbsp reduced fat sour cream
1 tbsp sliced jalapeno pepper , chopped finely
0.25 fresh avocado , sliced
2 corn tortilla
2 tbsp Cheese, cheddar, light, shredded , gluten-free
2 tbsp canned black olives , chopped
0.5 cup salsa , gluten-free, drained


Directions

1 In a sauté pan, heat both sides of the tortillas.
2 While each tortilla is still in the sauté pan, on one side of tortilla place 1/2 cheese, sour cream, scallion, jalapeno, and avocado.
3 When cheese starts to melt, place salsa on same side and fold tortilla in half.
4 Heat several minutes more, and serve.
