Ingredients
2 tbsp green tea (or bags to make 2 cups of tea)
14 floz cold water
6 floz whole milk (or soy or half & half)
1 tsp Chinese 5-spice powder
2 tsp SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated (optional)


Directions
1 In teapot, combine tea and water. Heat to 180°F. Remove from heat, allow to steep at least 10 minutes.
2 In small saucepan, steam or scald milk.
3 Add steeped tea and five spice powder to steamed milk.
4 Heat over low until Chai is hot, about 1 minute. Add SPLENDA®, if desired.
5 Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled over ice.
