1 In a large glass bowl, place the fish and add the lime juice, garlic, and hot pepper sauce. 2 Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. 3 Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour longer. 4 Serve chilled in martini glasses for an elegant look.
