Directions
1 Stir the gelatin into 1/4 cup water, then place in a pan of hot water, stirring until it is dissolved.
2 Gently combine in the chopped eggs and egg whites, French onion dip, mayonnaise, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
3 Strain the caviar in a strainer until the water runs clear, and drain well, and add to the gelatin mixture, pour into a 1 quart mold coated with nonstick cooking spray, and refrigerate two hours or until congealed.
Additional Information
A great way to serve caviar to a crowd, this mold also makes the perfect brunch hors d'oeuvre served with miniature rye bread slices or crackers.
