1 Cook onion in melted margarine 2 to 3 minutes. 2 Mix in flour and cook medium low heat, stirring continually for 1 minute. 3 Mix in milk and bring to a boil, whisking continually 1 minute or until thick. 4 Lower heat to low. Mix in cheese, mustard, and pepper, whisking until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 5 Pour cheese sauce onto steamed cauliflower, top with parsley and serve.
