1 Preheat the oven to 400 degree F. Place the cauliflower in a microwave-safe dish with 1/3 cup water, and cook covered in the microwave for 8 minutes, or until crisp-tender. 2 Drain and transfer to a baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. 3 Using a small bowl, mix the yogurt, cheese, mustard, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, and spread over the cauliflower. Bake uncovered for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
