Directions
1 Combine the cauliflower, carrots, onion, and celery in a medium sized bowl.
2 In a smaller bowl, combine the Ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and parsley flakes.
3 Stir the dressing mixture into the vegetable mixture.
4 Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Stir again before serving.
