Directions
1 Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain well and set aside.
2 Place half of the cauliflower in a 1-quart casserole dish sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and then top with half each of the yogurt and cheese.
3 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Repeat layers with the remaining cauliflower, yogurt, and cheese. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and then bake until heated thoroughly, roughly 20 minutes.
