Ingredients
8 oz low fat cream cheese , softened
4 small carrots, fresh, 5 1/2" long , grated
1 cup chopped pecans , ground
1 tbsp fresh chopped onion
0.25 cup mayonnaise
1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)


Directions
1 In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend cream cheese, carrots, pecans, onion, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
2 Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
Additional Information
Perfect on crackers or as a sandwich wrap filling.
