Ingredients
0.5 cup flaked sweetened coconut
2 cup fresh strawberries , sliced in quarters
1 Banana, medium, fresh , sliced diagonally
1 fresh mango , cubed
2 Kiwi, fresh, medium, FDA , peeled and cut into wedges
1 tsp grated orange peel
0.33 cup orange juice (fresh orange juice is preferred)
1 tsp fresh lemon peel , grated
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.5 tbsp sugar


Directions
1 Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Lightly brown the coconut for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat.
2 Arrange the strawberries, banana, mango, and kiwifruit on a platter.
3 In a small bowl, whisk together the remining ingredients. Pour over the fruit. Sprinkle with the coconut.
