Ingredients
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp quick cooking tapioca
2 tsp caraway seeds , crushed
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
12 cup fresh red cabbage, chopped (1 large head)
0.5 cup half & half
2 tbsp horseradish


Directions
1 In small bowl, combine chicken broth, tapioca, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
2 Pour broth mixture into 4 - 5 quart slow cooker. Add cabbage. Toss to coat.
3 Cover and cook on low-heat setting 6 hours, or 3 hours on high.
4 Stir half-and-half and horseradish into mixture in cooker until coated. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
