Servings
Ingredients
6 piece caramel candy , unwrapped and chopped*
2 tbsp Syrup, corn, light , *
2 medium apples , peeled*, cored, and diced

Directions
1 In a medium microwave safe bowl, place the caramels and light corn syrup. Microwave on high heat approximately 30 seconds, until melted.
2 Place apples in the bowl, and toss until coated with the caramel and light corn syrup mixture. Allow to cool before serving.
Additional Information
Try substiuting sugar-free caramels and agave syrup for less impact on blood sugar. Also, in place of fresh apples, you may also use apples baked with cinnamon for a different type of treat. Last, leave the apple skins on to get all of the apple's great nutrients.
