Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 In a large, deep skillet, crumble the sausage and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain well.
3 In a medium bowl, stir together the sausage, Cheddar cheese and baking mix.
4 Form the mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls and arrange on a large ungreased cookie sheet.
5 Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and balls are golden brown.
Additional Information
Be sure to leave at least a bit of the sausage grease to keep these moist.
