Ingredients
0.5 cup fresh chopped onion
1 cooking spray
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
15 oz Beans, cannellini/white kidney, unsalted, canned , drain and rinse
0.5 tsp fresh sage , chopped
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp cold water
0.12 tsp black pepper
0.12 tsp salt


Directions
1 Spray a medium size skillet with nonstick cooking spray and put over medium heat. Place the onions on the skillet and cook for approximately 1 minute or until soft.
2 Add in the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
3 Put the beans, onions, garlic, sage, vinegar, water, pepper, and salt into a blender and blend for approximately 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
4 Place the mixture into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours
Additional Information
You can add baby spinach leaves for taste and extra vitamins. Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
