1 Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2 Slice each sweet potato in half lengthwise. Cut each half into three pieces, to make wedges. 3 Place wedges on nonstick baking sheet. 4 In small bowl, blend olive oil, chili powder and salt. Brush onto the flesh of potato wedges. 5 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender inside and crisp outside. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
Additional Information
Sour cream can be substituted for tzatziki Sauce, if desired.
