Dry rub of paprika, onion and garlic powders, cayenne pepper, thyme, and oregano.

Servings

2 tbsp paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground cayenne (red pepper)
1.5 tsp white pepper
0.5 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp oregano leaves

1 In a jar with a tight sealing lid, shake together all the ingredients. Store in jar. Can be used on pork chops, small roast or tenderloin.

Rubs combine with the juices drawn from the meat and work like a dry marinade. Grill or cook the roast according to the proper cooking preparation tips.
