1 Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with seasoning. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes. 2 Add pork, cook for 3 minutes, turning once browned. Add tomatoes and jalapenos. Heat to boiling. 3 Reduce heat and cover. Cook 4 to 8 minutes until pork is done and has no pink in the center.
