1 Preheat grill to medium-high. Using a sharp knife, slash each piece of chicken in 2 or 3 places with 1/4-inch-deep cuts. 2 In a medium size bowl, combine chicken and lemon juice, turning the chicken until it is thoroughly coated. Set aside. 3 Using a separate bowl, mix spicy seasoning, paprika, and brown sugar. Roll each piece of chicken in the spice mixture until coated. 4 Spray grill with cooking spray and place seasoned chicken breasts on the grill. Cook 5 minutes, turn, and cook a further 5 minutes (or until juices run clear when a skewer is inserted).
