Directions
1 In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, blend together yogurt, anchovy paste, lemon juice, vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, and pepper to taste.
2 Cover and chill at least 2 hours and up to 2 days.
3 Wash and dry lettuce. Place in large salad bowl.
4 Sprinkle with red onion and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
5 Drizzle dressing over salad. Toss and serve.
