1 Rub crushed garlic clove over the sides and bottom of a large bowl. Throw garlic away. In same bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, vinegar, dill, mint, and olive oil. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 2 hours. 2 Remove from refrigerator and uncover. Pour water into mixture and combine. Garnish with mint sprigs if using.
