1 Mix together the meat, onion, cabbage, rice, and 1/4 cup tomato soup. 2 Divide mixture into 6 patties and place in a skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Brown patties for 6 to 8 minutes on each side. 3 Stir the water and parsley flakes into remaining soup, and then spoon an even amount onto each patty. Continue cooking for 6 minutes.
